Lo que perdemos
2019
In 2019 I was preparing for my second time participating in a local art market. During the process of creating pieces and stationary, I decided to create a small and efficient ecological calendar.
"Lo Que Perdemos" is a fully illustrated calendar made in recycled paper, it has 12 digital designs of endangered animals. Each illustration partakes a complete study of the animal, its simplification, and its composition.
The calendar design is pretty minimalistic and doesn’t include any dates, so you can use it as much as you can. The idea was to lessen the excessive and sometimes impulsive buying of calendars, agendas, or anything similar.
The spring used to create the calendar was metallic and recycled from old notebooks that were thrown away.
